The Ohio State Crew Club is a true club within The Ohio State University and receives minimal funding from the school. As a result, the rowers pay for travel, lodging, equipment and coaching out of pocket and through fund raising opportunities. As full time student-athletes, maintaining grades, homework, jobs, and the fitness level necessary to practice and race at a competitive level takes its toll on all club members.
