ACRA WEEK

Here we are, the last week of practice, the last chance to work on rhythm and race pace speed.   Our National Championship races will be our chance to show how we’ve come together as students, rowers, teammates and as our “family” away from our families.

Like family we share good times and bad - with the last 10 days being no exception.  Going from the anticipation into Dad Vail, to the heartbreak of falling shorter than where we thought we could be; now to the chance at redemption at another Championship level race.  We get another chance to prove how fast we can be – together.

We have some long travel ahead to Oklahoma City but it is a short time away.  Let’s stay focused on accomplishing our goals together.
