Erg Sprints

Every year we hold an indoor erg sprints inside the RPAC here at Ohio State University. This year was one of our biggest turnouts yet with people coming from all around the US, newly founded teams, CrossFit gyms joining in on the fun, and sponsors! This year we implemented relays which really sparked some attention. Great to see such a large turnout!
